Karl Yost, Founder
40+ years of experience in water and waste processing, environmental remediation, technology deployment with treatment compliance, and patented solutions.
Jim Gebhardt, Partner & Engineering Specialist
Holds a master’s in civil engineering and brings 38 years of experience leading heavy civil and environmental remediation projects. Formerly President of Strider Construction and a retired U.S. Air Force Reserve Colonel, Jim applies disciplined, real-world expertise to every project YB Technologies delivers.
Martin White, Managing Partner
Finance and operations leader with deep experience guiding large renewable energy and infrastructure organizations. At YB Technologies, he focuses on building the financial and operational framework that enables innovative solutions to solve complex water and soil treatment challenges. His leadership blends strategic discipline with a results-driven mindset to advance effective, scalable environmental technologies.
Jessi White, Partner and Director of Administration
At YB Technologies she has led operations and administrative initiatives for the past five years. She is an Oregon State University alum with a Business Marketing degree, she spent five years competing as a Professional Golfer before transitioning her leadership and competitive drive into the business world.
